What we do with the information we have

We use the information that you have given us in order to help form the basis of our personalised nutritional recommendations.

We may share this information with nutrition software Nutritics to support the development of our recommendations.

How we store your information

Your information is securely stored with encrypted software in place.

We keep all personal information provided for nutrition services for 6 years from the last point of engagement to comply with legal requirements.

We will then take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de identify your personal information when it is no longer required.

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

You have the right to ask us to rectify information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
